Becky's ersatz haggis 1 pound lean ground beef 1 pound ground pork 1 7.5 ounce can tomato sauce 3/4 cup steel cut oats 1 large onion 1 egg 1 stalk of chopped celery Mix ingredients, form into a haggis shaped loaf. Center on roaster or cake pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour or until done.
