Cook in pan until just browned. Either set aside or add potatos and onion. Cook onions until translucent. Cook mushrooms until lightly browned. Deglaze pan with dry wine or light colored beer. Reduce liquid and combine all ingredients. Set heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until potatos are softened to eat. Serve with steamed broccoli and corn on the cob.
